I sincerely wish I could find a mechanic that looked like one of these guys!
Love the car anatomy, too.
I occasionally do illustrations for Alberta Heritage Foundation for Medical Research Magazine. Despite the formal sounding title, the tone of the magazine is a lot less so. Although the articles deal with groundbreaking scientific topics, the subject matter is relayed in a way to make it accessible to the average reader.
The big theme throughout the issue dealt with the idea of bio-mechanical engineering. The article I was assigned followed the progress some researchers are making with tracking how nutrients move through the digestive system. The concept of using something mechanical like a car was a nice way to tie the article in with the rest of the issue.
I sincerely wish I could find a mechanic that looked like one of these guys!
